What Deal Vault Is

Deal Vault LLC operates a private real estate deal-flow and investor-relations network. We connect investors, wholesalers, and off-market real estate professionals; we do not represent either party as a broker or agent in a transaction unless separately and explicitly agreed.

No Guarantee of Matches or Outcomes

Submitting a buy box, property, or intake form does not guarantee that we will find you a match, that any property submission will be presented to buyers, or that any transaction will close. All matching is subject to our internal review and vetting process.

Finder's Fee

Where applicable, Deal Vault charges a finder's fee of approximately 1%–1.5% of the closing price on transactions we facilitate. The exact fee varies by deal, city, and relationship, is confirmed with your dedicated advisor before any agreement is finalized, and is only owed if a facilitated deal actually closes.

Investment Estimator Tool

The Investment Estimator on this Site produces estimates only, based on assumptions you enter and approximate average Florida county tax rates. These figures are not guaranteed, are not verified against any specific property, and do not constitute financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any figures before making a financial decision.
